Old and New


My pride and joy this Memorial Day weekend was making this top from my hand dyed Shibori fabric.

I realized my sewing machine can make buttonholes but that I do not have any buttons.
So here's my rickety cross stitch that help my top together all weekend.


And below are some detail photos of a raglan top I made, screen printed, and hand painted(with the help of my amazing beau at the time) junior year of college.

Screen Printing!

I have been taking a screen printing class on Sundays at FIT I took it to inspire me to make my own prints for my fashion design portfolio.  This is the current work in progress, two color two screen repeat print of a drawing my a dear talented friend from college David McDaniel gave to me a few years back with some "stars" added... told y'all a while ago I'm into astronomy...See more of David's work here.

Sketchbook- Fashion
